Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost 1 less to cast.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a charge counter on Primal Amulet. Then if there are four or more charge counters on it, you may remove those counters and transform it.

T: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. When that mana is spent to cast an instant or sorcery spell, copy that spell and you may choose new targets for the copy.
意訳すると
変身前
4マナ アーティファクト
インスタントかソーサリーを1マナ軽減。
インスタントかソーサリーを唱えるたび、蓄積カウンターを載せ、4個以上貯まったらそれを取り除いて変身させてもよい。
変身後
好きな色が出る土地で、そのマナをインスタントかソーサリーに使えばコピーする。
つおい。
4マナ、蓄積カウンター4個はまぁまぁ条件が大変だが、カウンター増やせるクリーチャーが居たりするので最速なら4T目に土地になる・・・が、手札は空になるのでなんとも言えず。
多分居場所は青赤コントロールだろうなぁ。
《大群の諜報》の時点で《Primal Amulet》と合わせて2回コピー。《稲妻の一撃》が2マナ9点とかいう超火力になる・・・。
ちなみに変身させても良いなので、《機械化製法》でトークン増やしまくってからの変身もあり。

《削剥》がある環境なので赤い相手には出しづらいですが、かなり夢のあるテキストですよね、これ。
《サヒーリ・ライ》や《蜃気楼の鏡》とか考えるとやばい。
